Totally renovated in 2007, surrounded by olive and orange trees and meadows. In a quiet, elevated and sunny position, 3 km from the mains beaches, narrow motor access to the house with private parking inside the lot.

The holiday house is located 200 m from the famous congress centre Hilton Sorrento Palace.

At first floor, kitchen with 5 hotplates, oven, microwave, deep freezer, dining table and an exit to the terrace,livingroom with a double sofa bed and a TV,and 1st bedroom with a double bed.

On the lower ground floor there is 2nd entrance, 2nd bedroom with 2 twins, a shower/bidet/WC , and a washing machine. Terrace 35 m².

For fun- foosball and table tennis. The house is terraced 90 m² on 2 levels, partly with sloping ceilings.
