Near to Siena (8 km), in the Chianti region, apartment in farmhouse (size: 170 m2) for max.6 (+1) persons. Swimming pool complex and park 3 km far away. The Capannetta is a splendid farm house (18 th century) located on the top of a hill. The apartment of the Capannetta offers you the unique and rare possibility to enjoy an old, large (170 m2) and luminous house in the Siena area with a 360° open view without any neighbouring houses. A land road leads to the house and it might give you the possibility for walks through the country side. Ideal place for a family or a group of friends to enjoy quiet and restful holidays, the Capannetta is also the ideal place for somebody who looks for silence and the contact with nature. The apartment (On the first floor): separate entrance and balcony, living room, TV (satellite dish). Suite with double bed and large bathroom with double sinks.
