Overview

Villetta Giuseppina is a private cottage located just 100 meters away from Fontane Bianche beach, one of the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in Syracuse.

Through a secluded small garden in sicilian style (with a lemon tree, an orange tree and some figs tree), you will find a comfortable and simple house, ideally suited for a couple or a family of 4.
This seaside cottage has been recently refurbished with a new bathroom and a new kitchen. It consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, a dining room/kitchen and can sleep up to 5 people, utilizing a folding bed in dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric oven as well as all the many other essential items.
The dining room has a colour TV and the air conditioning.
Outside, there is a veranda with sea view. A magnificent view can be enjoyed also from the separate roof terrace.
The veranda is equipped with table and chairs and it is ideal for either just relaxing over breakfast, or perfect for a BBQ on a summer evening.

Well behaved dogs are welcome.
There is no telephone but there is reception for a mobile phone.
Parking is available inside the cottage for one vehicle.

This cottage is in a fabulous location for a relaxing rest in the beach or for exploring the Sout East of Sicily (Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi, Vendicari, Modica, Ragusa, etc.).
This seaside cottage is situated less than 1 minute walk from a small supermarket and from the bus stop. Newsagent, bars, pharmacy,emergency doctore, restaurants, pizzerie, gelaterie, are in a walking distance too. For this reason a car is suggested but not necessary.
A short drive away, the small town of Cassibile with each kind of shops, markets, pubs and restaurants.
