Villa Silvia is set on a beautiful open countryside with fabulous view of Ortigia island as far as Etna Volcano.
Its panorama is among the most beautiful of any of our villas. This, along with the peaceful location, ensures its position as one of our most desirable properties. It is located in Penisola Maddalena, close to Syracuse, and just a short drive from a sandy beach - The beach of Punta del Pero is about 5 minutes away, while Siracusa is 15 minutes away.
This villa is ideally located for exploring Syracuse and its province!

The style of the house is clean, bright and fresh, with large windows and a general feeling of space.
The villa consists of two double bedrooms (one with sea view), one twin bedroom, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath tub), a well designed and fully equipped kitchen (with sea view), a dining area and a large living room with white sofas. The living room has large windows with sea view and leads to a large terrace overlooking the countryside and the sea.
The house is equipped with heating, air conditioning, washing machine, Tv, DVD player, BBQ.
The entire house has been tastefully furnished and the villa enjoys a private terrace, secluded garden and parking.
