Mosquito nets on all windows. CH (payable locally). Air conditioning inc 10th May-26th Sep. Cot on request. Satellite TV. DVD. Internet. Tel-incoming calls only. M/wave. W/machine. D/washer (½ size). Private patio and terraces with furniture. Sun terrace on roof. Shared garden. Parking. Shared swimming pool (9 x 4m; 1.5m deep), open 9.30am - 6pm, Mar-Oct (guests have private use til 2pm). 2 poolside showers. Welcome pack. NB: No children under 5 years except babes in arms.



The best of both worlds - rest and relaxation by the pool of this charming, secluded villa, with all the exciting attractions of the historic Palermo a mere 1 km away.



Casa Araucharia enjoys elevated views of Palermo and the coastline. The large, well-tended Mediterranean garden with patio and sun terraces is for guests' sole use. The swimming pool (with changing cabin) has superb views of Palermo.
