The completely indipendent apartment occupies a part of the “villetta” situated and dipped in the

Green of a citrus grove of 2 hecatares- ideal for a vacation characterized from peaceful and quiet.

Bed-room : mq. 25 furnished with simple but refined taste. The furnishing comprises:

Double bed( or two single bed) closet with mirror, chest of drawers, two bedside tables, seat. There is a great window that shows itself on the garden fortified of mosquito-net.

Hall : mq. 40 it introduces a magnificent roof in wood with visible beams

The lunch zone is furnished: table,chairs,sideboard, chest of drawers.

The stay zone: a bed sofa, two seats, a chest of drawers, table, tv, Hi-fi.There is a great window with mosquiuto-net that shows itself on the garden.

Kitchen : mq. 16 furnished with refrigerator,gas-tove, table, chairs, pots, plates and all that is necessary for cooking

Bath-room: mq. 5 with shower, mirror,hair-dryer
