Overview

This very exceptionally and beautiful villa is located directly on a rock at the beautiful coastline of Cefalu, with a wonderful view of the sea. The villa is divided into two levels, only by a exterior stone staircase connected. Each level provides with a terrace that offers you a breathtaking view which you can enjoy at any time of the day. In the interior, the owner has used the natural rocks as part of the walls and achieved so a very original interior architecture. From the crystal sea, and a small sandy bay seperates you only a few meters, because directly from the house to the water leads you down a stairs. So you can take a marvelous bath in the azure sea also before breakfast. The charming city of Cefalu, with its historic old town with narrow streets, numerous restaurants and cafes is from here in a few minutes by car.
