Overview

The area around Selinunte / Castelvetrano and due to the archaeological site and the nature reserve is certainly one of the most attractive in Sicily. In this beautiful area, not far from the sea, lies this villa, a beautiful and modern house. Even though the villa is in a residential area located, it offers an excellent quietness and privacy thanks to a high wall which surrounds all the 2.000 m² of the property. The garden around the swimming pool (7mx14m from 25.04.-07.11.geoffnet) is composed by beautiful flowers, palms, olive and fruit trees. The partially covered patio with its large brick barbecue enables to organize lunch or dinner outside. The interior of the house is modern and tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. This villa is an excellent accommodation for a holiday at the seaside and also an ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby environment as Castelvetrano, Scopello, Sciacca.
