Overview

The villa, which is a imposing estate in Mediterranean style, is furnished with different wide terraces and is surrounded on two sides from some files of high fir-trees and from a small orchard on the sea side.
All the apartments are of same dimensions (70 - 80 mq.), but they vary for the different placement of rooms. They are furnished and amply provided. Every apartment has a terrace and own parking. Two outside showers in the garden and a barbecue with water are available too.

Location & area

The great gulf of Castellammare goes from Capo Rama (in the side near Palermo) to the end of Cape San Vito (in the side near Trapani). In the middle the small city of Castellammare del Golfo is located and it is committed by own exit with the highway Palermo-Mazara del Vallo.

When you pass the small city and take the road 187 in the direction of Trapani, after admiring for some Kilometers the beautiful panorama, if you desire to get near the things that you are admiring, the gulf will offers you small creeks between the rocks, beaches with white cobles, sea of transparent waters.

You have just to take the road where there is the sign “Scopello”. So you will arrive, after some kilometers, at Guidaloca creek and then you will be able to go to the Scopello village, which is extended around his own “Baglio”, over looked by a dilapidated Saracen tower. Under the “Baglio” crystalline waters lap on the scenographical “Tonnara” which is surrounded by towers and high “faraglioni”.
From the villa's higher terrace, that is usable from all the guests, it is enjoyable an extraordinary panorama for 360 degrees that goes from Mt. Inici (it is interesting to climb to Observatory of the Forestal Guard) until to seeing the “Baglio of Scopello” and a side of the Reserve of Zingaro (which is an obliged destination for the guest).
