Overview

This accommodation is located 1 Km. out of Sciacca, on a small height with an extensive view over the countryside. The site is in fact a panoramic terrace overlooking a wide range of mountains on one side and the sea coast on the other side.
It is the perfect way to have total access to the city whilst still being able to escape in an oasis of green tranquillity.
Some of the island's best fish restaurants are minutes away whilst the sandy beach is a 15 minute drive. Sciacca is a fishing town situated on the famous archeological road between Selinunte and Agrigento in Sicily, and it is one of the oldest towns in the island, offering thermal spas, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, biking and trekking. Boat trips can be taken from the harbour.


"Pauline" (140 sq.mt on two storey)is an immaculate, newly refurbished detached holiday country house, maintained to a high standard and located beside the owners house.
The property sleeps six people and can be taken by parties of up to seven plus a collapsible cot making 8. Renovated with exposed beams and floor board upstairs.
Ground floor: Consists in a large open plan lounge and dining area with an ample supply of sofas and armchairs and a fireplace. The dining area is large, bright and airy, with a wooden table that comfortably seats eight, and direct access onto the terrace through full length glazed door. The homely kitchen is well equipped (microwave, blender). Shower/bath with inclusive WC.
Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (third bed possible) + 1 bathroom (tub/shower with inclusive WC). Sofabed on the landing.
Central heating. Piano (in tune) Hi-fi with CD player, satellite TV and DVD, air conditioning and standing fans.
The garden in the rear (160 sq.mt) is for exclusive use of guests and comes with patio
furniture. Sheltered barbecue, perfect for eating out in the shade.
Linen, towels, welcome basket, local taxes and electricity/gas bills, end-of-stay cleaning charge are included in the rental price.

Location & area

Sciacca is a fishing town situated on the famous archeological road between Selinunte and Agrigento in Sicily, it is one of the oldest towns in the island. Thermal spa, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, biking, trekking. Boat trips can be taken from the harbour and there is a good beach 3kms out of town.

Sciacca has also a gentle healthy climate which makes it an ideal place for health cures, for holidays and for tourism.
In addition to the beauty of an indented coastline, Eraclea Minoa with superb beaches and Torre Salsa nature reserve, which offers fabulous coastal walking and swimming, 30 Km away.
