Casa Lucchese is a spacious free standing Farmhouse (240 sq.mt on two stories) located at a beautiful and breath taking rural location, approx 3 miles out of town, 6 miles from the best beaches.The property sleeps eight people and can be taken by parties of up to ten plus a collapsible cot making 11 The only access is a scenic private dirt driveway less than 1 mile long worth every moment! The property covers an area of perhaps 10 acres all told and is surrounded by hundred hectares of olive groves and has sweeping views of the Sicilian hinterland.

The main entrance of the house takes you directly into the open-plan living/dining area with stone fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen.A lobby takes you to a Shower/bath with inclusive WC and washing machine. The property is fully equipped for comfortable self catering,(including linen, towels and blankets)Sat.TV, radio/cassette and CD player. The upstairs: under a sloping roof with exposed beams and floor boards.A flight of steps takes you on to a large landing converted in to a spacious study furnished with shelves. 3 double bedrooms with beautiful view over the valley below.A small lobby leads you to the bathr. (tub/shower with inclusive WC) .

Sciacca is a fishing town situated on the famous archeological road between Selinunte and Agrigento in Sicily, is one of the oldest towns in the island.Thermal spa, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, biking, trekking .Boat trips can be taken from the harbour and there is a good beach 3kms out of town.

Sciacca has also a gentle healthy climate which makes it an ideal place for health cures, for holidays and for tourism.
In addition to the beauty of an indented coastline, Eraclea Minoa with superb beaches and Torre Salsa nature reserve, which offers fabulous coastal walking and swimming, 30 Km away.
