Overview

Luxury,spacious and well equipped first floor apartment only 100m from the sea on one of the oldest streets of this fascinating walled seaside town. Two large bedrooms; one with an enormous emperor size four poster bed and large antique wardrobes and the other with two single beds and antique wardrobe. Fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops a full size oven and hob with a dining area attached with seating for 6. Large lounge with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed which sleeps two. TV, DVD player,ipod docking station and Playstation 1 with a few games and DVD's. Tasteful new shower room fully tiled in marble. Utility room with a washing machine and iron and board. This apartment is frequently used by the owners and is therefore furnished to a higher standard than is normal for holiday accommodation. There is an air conitioning/heating unit and also electric radiators in case of chilly days in Winter.Children are well catered for with a cot,buggy and car seat.

Location & area

On Via Principe Umberto, one of the most important of Alghero's old town streets. Only 100m to the sea with lovely walks around the old sea walls and the Port. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk along a Promenade. There are lots of wonderful restaurants, bars and ice-cream shops nearby and plenty of small boutiques to browse in.
