The flat, suited for 4 people, is on the second floor (there is a lift) and arranged on one level, it is very luminous and newly furnished in a sober, elegant and modern, ethnical style. It has two beautiful bedrooms, one double bedroom and a second bedroom with two separate beds which can easily be fitted together for a second couple. There is one bathroom with a shower cabin, a lounge area and a fully equipped modern kitchen with fridge and freezer, a four ring stove and oven, a micro-wave, and washing-machine. The lounge area with two comfortable sofas, CD-player and radio, is perfect for relaxing and the covered terrace, which overlooks a beautiful inner-court arranged with plants and flowers around old olive trees, is furnished with table and chairs and therefore ideal for cosy breakfasts or outdoor dining on warm summer evenings.

The apartment, which can be reached with the lift, has an air-conditioning system which can be used for heating in winter and to keep the flat cool in summer.
There is no private parking possibility yet, but enough space for anyone with a car is easily found outside the building.
