Overview

When we were searching for the house of our dreams, we immediately fell in love with the “Villa Hemingway”. The house is situated in Southern Sicily, approx. 4 km from the beautiful seaside resort Marina di Ragusa.
Self-contained country home with 1000m2 of grounds. Beautiful palm tree garden and a swimming pool of 4x8 m. In 2006, the building was lavishly renovated. The two apartments to let have been totally refurbished in Mediterranean style.
Apt. Sophia: close to the pool. For 2-3 persons
Apt. Simone: in the attic. For 2 persons
The house is only 1500m from the sea and the resort Casuzze. Being 100m above sea level, there is a lovely view of the sea.

All tourist sites of Southern Sicily can easily be visited in a day: Ragusa, Ibla, Modica, Noto, Siracusa, Agrigento, Pozzallo (possibility to cross over to Malta). But you do not have to go so far to find interesting sites. Donnafugata, the fish market in Scolgitti, the weekly market in Santa Croce Camerina, Marina di Ragusa, etc. are nearby. Beautiful beaches along the coast invite you again and again for a stroll.
