Villa is composed of two levels and offers a living/dining room with a double sofa-bed and TV, kitchen fully equipped with last comforts linked to a dining area , 2 double bedrooms with access to the balcony, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathroom with shower
There's a terrace with fantastic panoramic view of the sea and the Goulf of Naples. Capri on the left side and the Vesuvio on the right side.
In outside of the Villa you will find a beautiful private swimming pool with solarium, shower and sunbed with ocean view, garden and patio with table, chairs and nice BBQ (barbeque) and pizza oven.

The Villa is perfect gated with an automatic wide gate and there is plenty of space to park two or more cars, fully furnished with air conditioning, central heating.

The Villa it self it's 130 square meters and is available for a max eight people (6+2 pax)
