VILLA IL POGGIO was built in 2003 with modern interiors, and offers spacious, comfortable accommodation. It also has a paved courtyard with pot plants where guests can dine al fresco.Although shops, bars and restaurants are only 200 meters away, once through the electrically commanded gates and short driveway into the private car park, one finds a serene and peaceful atmosphere only disturbed by the whispers of nature.
Owner lives a few hundred meters along the driveway.Entrance into spacious dining / sitting room with comfortable divan bed, open-plan kitchen well equipped with fridge / freezer, cooker with 5 gas rings, electric oven, double sink etc.One double bedroom with en-suite shower room, WC etc.., one twin-bedded room, bathroom with bath tub, WC, etc. Central heating, washing machine, barbecue.
