Everything is at hand: restaurants, bars, shops and banks. We would like to mention the famous restaurant Don Alfonso, one of the most famous restaurants in Europe which is only 300 metres away. The sea is at a distance of 6 km, the port and Sorrento centre with fast hydrofoils for excursions at 9 km, railway station at 9 km.

Entering from the main gate, there is a slight slope leading to the garden and to the ample villa of 150 sq. metres: entrance, spacious living-room with fire place, sofas, table and chairs and direct access to the swimming pool and solarium equipped with sun beds, table and chairs, barbecue; ample kitchen/living room; from the corridor, there is the night area consisting of 3 double bedrooms (or single beds on request), 2 bathrooms (one with bath/shower, the other with shower only).
