This attractive new independent apartment is located in a area not too far from the town center of Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi which is also famous for the Restaurant "Don Alfonso". The apartment has a garden with a shared swimming pool and it is ideal for the one who whishes to spend a vacation of total calm and relaxation, but still being very close to the town where cafes and shops can be found.
The structure comprising of a double bedroom, a bedroom with double single beds, a kitchen, nice living room, two bathrooms with shower and tub and a patio with table and chairs. In addition there is a private car park exclusively reserved for the "home" guests.
