Overview
Please note: Vineyard Cottage is available only for minimum stay of 2 weeks; In addition to the listed rate, guests are charged for utilities used (gas and electric)...The Cottage is set in it own garden with extraordinary views over hills of vineyard and hundreds of tiny villages-an acre of privacy and green, but only two minutes walk to the shops.
Entering from the gated courtyard, the GROUND LEVEL: (50sq. mt./ 465 sq.ft.) has an open floor plan: kitchen, dining, and living areas and a half bath. Off the living area, there is a shady patio and panoramic garden. FIRST FLOOR:(50 sq. mt./ 465 sq. ft.): We divided the old corn loft into two bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower. The bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds, are placed to catch the summer breezes and the vista. From their balcony one can see hundreds of villages, vineyards, and the sun setting behind the Alps. LOFT: up a flight of steep stairs, under the eaves is another 40 sq. mt. (372 sq. ft.) of space for additional beds or studiowith the best view of all.
The house is furnished in comfortable, classic style and is equipt with: kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker), central heat system, ceiling fans, dishes/glasses/flatware/utensils,
washer, hairdryer, linens, fixed phone line, fax machine, free satellite TV channels, VCR/DVD with a
library of films (especially for children) and a collection of local information and books in English.
Outside there is a barbeque, garden furniture and umbrella, child's swing and playhouse, and a pergola in
the vineyard.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
