Overview

4 sleeps vacation home set in a Chianti village close to Florence.
Florence historic centre is very easy to reach by car (20 minutes) or by bus (about half an hour).
The village offers many things to do, from shopping to eating in good restaurants and pizzerias, all within walking distance from the holiday house.

## Vacation home description
The house faces the open countryside from the top of San Casciano hill.

Detached two storey stone house, furnished in typical Tuscan style. Surrounded by a garden with olive trees shared with the owners.

Ground: living room with fireplace, equipped kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle et cetera), bathroom (with shower).
First floor: two bedrooms (main with Queen bed, the second with two twin beds), bathroom.

Outside there is a big terrace with gazebo, table with seats, a stone barbeque, the garden. From the terrace you can enjoy a great view of Tuscan hills with vineyards and olive trees.

Minimum stay: one week.
Changeover day: Saturday.
