Located 300 meters to the village centre, facing the open country, it offers the conforts af town life and the beauty of the Chianti landscape opening on fields with vineyards and olive trees.

## House description ##

Independent two storey house, finely furnished in typical Tuscan style: living room and kitchen and a bathroom (shower) donwnstairs and two bedrooms (beds on an upper deck) and bathroom upstairs (shower). Detached, independent open space with barbeque outside and fireplace inside.
Finely furnished it provides all utilities:
fast web connection, fridge with freezer, dish-washer, washing machine, kettle, toaster. hair-drier, vacoom cleaner , satellite TV, radio- tape.

The house is the ideal place for those who want to enjoy the village life and move away without a car to visit Florence and other tourist places. Honestly the house is less advisable for those searching for an isolated villa in the middle of the country.

Minimum stay: one week high/mid season, 4 weeks during low season. Price: from 450 to 1100 Eur/week (depending on periods and lenght).
