This website and several others advertise this unit has having air conditioning and a washer. They do not and we learned that the hard way as our family reunion was destroyed with the extreme heat of Rome at night.

Owner and agent not interested in compensation for their dishonety.

BUILDING IS UNSIGHTLY and not in the best neighborhood but apartment is quite nice.
