Overview

This apartment is situated in between three of the most important and oldest Piazzas in Rome, at about 300 meters from Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo, and 400 meters from The Pantheon in a recently restored 19th century building. In its proximity you will find the pleasure of walking along the beautiful roman ruins and admire the architecture dating from the 17th century onwards. Thanks to its location, it is easy to travel from one part of the city to the other as public buses connect to most areas.

For daytime leisure there are excellent open-air markets, boutiques and craft shops as well as open spaces such as the Castel S. Angelo or the Pincio. For those who like to go out until the early morning without having to come back home by taxi, bus, or by foot (if you miss the last bus!), this is the perfect area as the pubs and night clubs are close by. For the quiet ones, you can enjoy the cinemas, theatres and street cafés. There is also an extensive choice of restaurants all around the area. This charming 90 square meters apartment is located in an elegant 19th century building in the heart of Rome . It is found on the fifth floor accessible by elevator. The apartment is composed by two floors.

At the first floor you find the bright living room with very big and fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. In the same area it is present a very comfortable double sofa bed and a charming fireplace. Also you find here a bathroom with shower. Through a wonderful staircase you reach the second floor where you find the spacious double bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, and a second little room where are present two single pull out beds (they can be put together to have a double bed). The apartment is equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, high speed Internet access, TV, washing machine, telephone. Thanks to its strategic location and the high quality of the apartment this is the perfect starting point for visiting the city and spend an unforgettable holiday in Rome.

Surroundings area includes the marvellous Piazza di Spagna with its beautiful Renaissance and Baroque works at Santa Maria del Popolo and at Sant' Andrea delle Fratte, the wonderful reliefs of the restored Ara Pacis, the art exhibitions at Villa Medici, the beautiful views from Trinita dei Monti, the Spanish Steps, the Pincio, the fashion shops you can find walking from via Condotti to Piazza del Popolo, which is famous. You can easily reach this area thanks to the underground stops (Spagna, Flaminio). If you go through the residential neighbourhood Flaminio, you can walk through the beautiful and big Villa Borghese and visit the Galleria and the Museo Borghese; just going on that way, you can arrive at Parioli, which is one of the smartest areas of Rome, with very elegant buildings and very refined restaurants.
