This splendid apartment (180smq) is located at the third floor(with elevator)in an elegant building, a school, built at the end of the 18th century,in the center of Rome, between Colosseum / Fori Imperiali and Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano, one of the most ancient parts of Rome, characterized by its unique 18th century buildings and the most famous monuments.

The apartment is fully decorated ,itÂ’s equipped with the most complete facilities for an excellent tourism.The apartment is composed by an hall, large living room with sofas and a sleeping area separated from the living.In the sleeping area a king size bed. Fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, electric oven, microwave, freezer, modern fridge, pots and pottery, wasching machine etc.)Two double bedrooms and another room with 2 twin beds.
Moreover two bathrooms, one with cabin shower the other one with bath-tub.

Internet connection ADSL (Apple at your disposal),washing machine,dishwasher, Satellite TV,DVD player,CD player, Air Conditioning.
