Overview

This spacious and bright Rome apartment is on the first floor (with elevator) of a typical elegant Roman palazzo.
The apartment is comfortable; decorated in a mix of traditional and contemporary style, it is well planned for space.
The first room near the entry is a single/double bedroom, ideal for one/two persons and has a large window overlooking the street. The windows are all double glazed and soundproof.
The living room is directly to the left of the hallway and has a very spacious room with two large sofa beds for up to four people. From the window you can see Porta del Popolo. Don't miss those marble floors, you'll absolutely love them!

The master bedroom is located as you step out of the living room to the right off another small foyer and has an ensuite bathroom. There is also the possibility to have an extra single bed here.
There is also a second bathroom in a terracotta shades of marble, with a large jacuzzi massage shower.
The kitchen at the end of the hallway is fully equipped; it has a table with chairs and there is also a small internal furnished terrace to which you can step out onto from the kitchen.

Location & area

The Apt. is at 50 metres from the old Porta del Popolo, one of the gate of the ancient walls built in the Sixteenth century and close to the western gate to Villa Borghese, the largest and most beautiful park in Rome: here the long tree-lined avenues asphalt are adapted for the rollerblades, the skating, the skateboards, for the bicycles and the mountain bikes, (they can be rented to the entrance of Via Pinciana - from the 10 to the 19). On the small lake (from the 9,30 to the 18) is possible to rent small rowing boats. Inside the villa is situated the Gallery Borghese where many works of artistic relief are exposed, from the sculptures of Antonio Canova and Bernini, to burlaps of Michelangelo said Merisi Caravaggio. Little more to south, the wide Piazza di Siena, where every year in the May month the horse competition of Rome is carried out; the Pincio is famous, instead, for its panoramic on the Vatican .
