Charming studio of 30 square meters finely decorated for max 3 persons. Composed of a kitchenette, a living room with double and single bed and a bathroom with shower. Equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, TV, a microwave oven, two electric stove, a refrigerator and a table with chairs for three people.
Located on the ground floor with entrance that faces a graceful courtyard inside the palace.
Located in San Lorenzo one of the historians among the most characteristic of Rome. In central and strategic position is connected to the main public lines and only 10 minutes on foot will arrive at Termini Station that allows you to reach with ease all major tourist destinations.
In addition to the metropolitan transportation, there are good rail links (Termini station) and numerous bus.
The area comes alive especially in the evening because of its proximity to the university of Rome La Sapienza and the historicity itself that confer the appointment of district youth and artists.
