Koi Park Bed & Breakfast is situated in the heart of the Roman countryside, surrounded by an extremly well kept garden of 10.000mq. The garden includes an orchard, a Koi Pond full of lillies and papiri where you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. There are many beautifully designed flower beds for you to discover as you wander around. In the southern part of the property there is a swimming pool, fenced in for saftey with a pergola full of grapes and kiwi. Koi Park includes three double guest rooms and two bath rooms, a private sitting room with fireplace and veranda. There is also a small gym. The bedrooms have air conditioning and TV.Our breakfasts are beautifully prepared with fresh ingredients and we cater for all tastes.
