It is a finely furnished and air-conditioned enchanting one bedroom apartment just in one of the most characteristic areas of Rome, very close to the main central squares Piazza Venezia and Largo Argentina. It can give accommodation to 2 or 3 people. The apartment is a split level having a living room, bath room and a fully equipped kitchen corner on the first level, with stairs going up to the sleeping area in a mezzanine floor with desk and wardrobe.It is on he last floor ( 3rd one ) of an old newly restored building and can be reached by a lift. It is on the back of the house overlooking an inner countryard, therefore very quiet. Above the flat there is a tiny " terrazza " with a typical view of Rome: cupoles and roofs where You can take the sun or read a book. There is of course a wi-fi internet connection. The location is in the centre of Rome, the historic district, very intresting for many reasons: History, architecture, archeology, sculptures, museums, monuments, shops, bars and restaurants.

This lovely apartment is on Via dei Falegnami, in the heart of the historic centre of Rome. Most of the buildings in this area have been built on top of the ruins left by Romans 2000 years ago.Largo Argentina, which is thought to be an extension of the Roman Forum, is only 20 mt away ! Piazza Venezia, with its monumental Altare della Patria, is also very close to the apartment. This square is the perfect starting point to visit some of the most popular sites in Rome: Piazza del Popolo (where you will find the obelisk on which Giulio Cesare’s ashes rested until the Middle Ages and maybe visit Santa Maria del Popolo, with its spectacular chapels) can be reached in about 15 minutes. Via dei Fori Imperiali (with Trajano’s column, not to be missed) also starts on Piazza Venezia, and as you walk down these Fori you’ll be able to enjoy the beatiful views that the Roman Forum offers, and walk on towards the Coliseum, Bocca della Verità and many other sites! Campo dei Fiori (famous for its day marketplace and Roman and “untouched”, virtually unknown to tourists) are just 2 minutes walking .
