Overview
We've tried to realize our rooms in order to combine 3 factors: comfort for client, respect of environment and essential but unique finish.
All matierials were selected in order to be recyclable in the future.
The pavement were realized settino marble, tiles, wood and using a slight layer of resin
over concrete coloured with water pigment.
Restructuring of BB360 had the input of minimization of materials.
The garments of bath rooms are realized in wood panels originate from recycling and treated with particulare
water paint.
All the rooms are provided with electronic control which put off automatically electrical system in absence of clients. This is the best way to promote saving energy.
Air conditioning (heat pump) is composed of independent units Daikin with low power consumption inverter.
Hot water heating provided by pump saving energy. We are studing the way to realize a mini solar panels for the production of heat sanitary water.
All the rooms are provided with mini bar, save box, private bathroom, LCD screen TV, hairdryer, air conditioning.
The beds are realized in net with reinforced staves and orthopaedic mattresses.
It's possible to be connected to Internet in all spaces (wireless).
Room access is possible only by magnetic card which will be scheduled at your arrival.

The Bed & Breakfast BB360 is located in Prati quarter, in the heart of Rome, about 300 m from S.Peter's Basilica and 200 m from Vatican's Museums.
It's served by the new A underground-line: Ottaviano-San Pietro stop at 10 m, from the bus service ( Line 70, 913, 490 Nocturnal 55N, 99N with stops in front of the BB360), and the taxi station Piazza Risorgimento (at 100 m).
The BB360 is surrounded by different kinds of stores: lounge bar, coffee bar, pizzerie, restaurants, markets, pharmacies and boutique. There are a lot of shopping streets near the Bed and Breakfast, like Via Ottaviano, Via Cola di Rienzo, Via del Corso, Via Giulio Cesare and Piazza di Spagna (just 3 subway stops from Ottaviano-San Pietro).
BB360 is near Olympic Stadium (25 min by walk) and different offices like Civil Court and Criminal Court of Rome. From the Bed and Breakfast BB360 it's easy to reach Fiumicino Airport, Ciampino Airport and Central Railway Station: Termini (5 subway stops).

Take the metropolitan train to Termini railway station. Inside Termini railway station take the A underground-line, direction Battistini and exit to Ottaviano-San Pietro stop. Inside of the subway take Giulio Cesare exit (first exit on the left). Go straight for 10 m and turn on the right (Silla street). At the beginning of the street, on the left, there is Bed and Breakfast BB360 (civic number 2).
From Termini railway station:

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
