Overview

Prestigious penthouse built on the rests of ancient Rome that includes a terrace that has been built on the top of the Settimiano Arch, one of the most important historic rests of the city. This penthouse is on the 2nd floor of a luxurious building , with elevator and doorman service, built in front of the American University “John Cabot”. It is composed by a large and elegant living room with couches, a book case and a wonderful marble fire place, a large living room with a table that can sit up to 8 people, a spacious kitchen furnished with hi-tech tools, a double bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. From the living room there is an access that brings you directly to the terrace built on the Settimiano Arch, from which you may enjoy a wonderful view over Trastevere, and a door that allows you to reach a large open air dining room surrounded by greenery and a small staircase that leads you to a solarium with sun lounge chaises. It is furnished with air conditioner, Sat TV, hi-fi, telephone, dishwasher, and washing machine. Tall wooden ceilings, “cotto” tiles from Tuscany, precious contemporary art works, prestigious Oriental carpets, luxurious tapestry and excellent antique furniture, together with the particularity of living right over the Settimiano Arch, complete this deluxe apartment, unique among our proposals.
