Located on the Italian Riviera & over looking Rapallo, in the Golfo del Tigullio, Cà Brügàn is a fully furnished & child friendly family run small two bedroomed villa . Featuring a fully fitted kitchen, livingroom with an open fireplace, a modern bathroom, utility room with washing machine & a private garden with bbq. The house has a double bedroom and single bedroom with bunk beds. There is accommodation for up to four adults and the property has private off road parking. A friendly family run trattoria is just meters from the door. Rapallo town centre & beaches are two kilometres away (20 min walk).There are also restaurants and shops near by. Close to the house is one of Italy's most mature 18 hole Golf Course & Tennis Courts. An Equestrian centre is also not too far away. Portofino & the Cinque Terre are just a short boat trip away. A fantastic Riviera base with Florence, Pisa, Tuscany & Monte Carlo just a couple of hours drive away.
