The apartment is accessed via a tree-lined avenue (10 steps). With its own entrance, it is delightfully decorated and furnished with all modern comforts. Composed of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower; living room very welcoming and with a fully functioning open-hearth fire as its focus and accessing a balcony above the sea. Live-in kitchen is fully equipped with attention to even the minutest detail.
