L'Antica Colonia is a charming and elegant 18th century villa recently renovated by owner with great care details with an exquisite open and breathtaking view of Lake Orta. Private grounds of 5000smq conveniently situated on a promontory over the lake at 500 meters lead down to the banks of the lake, dip into a relax park of approximately 8000 sqm.
The villa offers three apartments,one separate cottage and a small studio, for a totally of 7 bedrooms and 6 bedrooms to welcomes 14 guest. Ideal location for families reunion and anniversary or for a exclusive and romantic marriage.

L'Antica Colonia is situated in a superb location with breathtaking view on the Lake Orta, a small romantic lake in the northern part of Italy (Piedmont) close to the Lake Maggiore. The villa is located in Crabbia, a small and quiet village at about 1,5Km from the main one Pettenasco and at 3.5 km. from Orta San Giulio, the most beautiful village of the Lake Orta.



We have an excellent restaurant at 20 mt and a pizzeria at mt. 200. Crabbia is a wonderful place for day trips for adults and children away from the mass turism and car traffic thanks to the quiet beauty of the nature of the landscape
