Location & area

The village of Pascoso is an ideal stay for "nature's lovers". However, it is not far from the "cities of srts" of Tuscany (Lucca, Florence, Siena, Pisa etc,), and beaches (Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio, which are among the most famous Italian beaches are no more than 30 miles far. Furthermore, the house is situated under an hours drive from many of Italy's finest and most picturesque golf courses, such as Golf Alisea - 32km -30 mins (5 holes promotional golf course), Montecatini Golf Club - 37 km -35 mins (18 hole golf course of natural beauty that has been built in the hilly countryside.Golfers are faced with many natural hazards such as lakes, streams, forests, and ditches which are all formed from the natural contours of the land), Club Golf Montelupo - 40 km -40 mins, Tirrenia Golf Club (9 hole), Cosmopolitan Golf & Country Club (18 hole) and Golf Club Fontevivo (18 hole).

Pascoso's finest asset, and the most important reason to travel there is the nature, in which it is literally immersed. It is really a hiker's paradise ! Many of the old mule paths are suitable for mountain bikes and horses, which you can rent in Pascoso.As you may have already imagined, the only sounds you'll hear in Pascoso are dogs barking and townsfolk chatting. Quiet reigns through the mountainside. The area is ideal for hiking, horseback riding (there are two barns where you can rent horses), and biking. In mid-August, Pascoso organizes a parade dedicated to the Madonna, in which a statue of the Holy Mother is carried high on a canopy throughout the town.
