ROLAX is a little 2-room flat in a quiet hill position nearby the town centre of medieval Perugia. The village of Montelaguardia offers you the possibility for nice walks between olive trees with beautiful views to Assisi and the Valle Umbra. By car you can also easily reach the other medieval towns of the "green" region of Umbria (for example Gubbio, Assisi, Montefalco, Spoleto...), or make a trip to the well known Lago Trasimeno with its two islands and beautiful sunsets.
The town of Perugia awaits you with a lot of artistic and historical curiosities, but also with two well known festivals: "Umbria Jazz" in july, and "Eurochocolate" in october. When in town there will be many tourists, you will apreciate ROLAX for its comfort, but also for its quiet position.
The apartment has a bedroom for two persons and a living room with kitchen, where one another person can sleep. The bathrom has a bathtub and a washing machine. There is also a little balcony, allowing you to take some sun or to have breakfast outside. You will find ROLAX at only 5 km from the town centre of Perugia and at the same distance from the E 45 motorway Roma-Cesena. From the E 45 motorway (Roma-Cesena) take the exit Ponte Felcino (between the exits of Ponte Valeceppi and Bosco); go straight on in direction west to Ponte Rio.
