This luxury 4 bedroom Perugia villa rental has been specially created to provide the highest quality accommodation.



It luxuriates amongst classic wooded Umbrian hillsides and has a fabulous terraced swimming pool. All around are sloping lawned and illuminated gardens, completely fenced in, dotted with olive trees, just off a quiet country lane. This property is ideal for a large party of friends, as most bedrooms are en-suite, or two families holidaying together. Either way, the sheer quality of this house will delight all guests who holiday here. The villa comprises on the ground floor: Sitting/dining room with open fireplace, Small kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, oven and fridge/freezer, One double bedded room with en-suite bathroom, WC etc, One double bedded room with en-suite shower room, WC etc, One twin bedded room, Shower room with WC etc. On the first floor: One double bedded room with 4 poster bed and en suite shower room, WC etc. The village of Galietole is just 1 kilometre away or there is nearby Collazzone, on top of an olive-covered hill, almost completely encircled by its defensive walls and almost entirely unspoilt. Otherwise it's Todi, around 30 minutes away, for everything exceptional medieval architecture, a tortuous history, an excellent cathedral, Renaissance monuments and of course numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Through gates, a short driveway to ample parking. The swimming pool measures 12m x 4m x 1.4m. A covered furnished eating area.
