Overview
In the historic centre of Ortygia (Siracusa) is this holiday accomodation, a stylish newly restored studio apartment in a beautiful Palazzo just a few steps away from the main square. Ideal for a couple wanting a comfortable base close to bars and restaurants in one of the most beautiful towns in Sicily. Siracusa is also an ideal base from wich to explore the south-eastern part of the island.
Turn the corner at the bottom of the cathedral square of Ortygia and you find yourself in front of a beautifully restored 18th century Palazzo. Inside, the lift in the marble-clad stairwell takes you to the top floor.
Through the door and into the apartment you are greeted by a large living space (about 30 m²) with a fully equipped cooking and dining area, and a sitting area with sofas, tv and hifi. A large window leads out onto a balcony overlooking a quiet and characteristic backstreet. The bathroom is well appointed with a tub and shower.
The high ceiling of this room have allowed the construction of a large mezzanine level with a very comfortable double bed.
The apartment was completely refurbished in 2003 with inspiration from two young architets who have left a very modern and welcoming space.
Just outside the door, a few steps take you to a roof terrace with panoramic views of Ortygia.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
