This B & B is 3 kilometers from the medieval hill town of Olevano Romano, 15 kilometers from Valmontone, and 50 kilometers southeast of Rome. It is necessary to have a car to access the B&B. The property has a sweeping view of vineyards and the small hill town of Paliano in the distance. There is a large patio and ample parking. Three bedrooms ("Romeo&Juliet," with balcony, "Sergiana," with a lovely painting by a local artist, and "Room with a View," which has a delightful vista over the countryside.)
