Overview

The base of the structure is encased into the slope environning the steep scarps of the "Gallo" mountain.
The structure is therefore composed of two floors: a ground-flour and an elevated floor. There is a small garden at the ground-floor; succulents, a large ibiscus covered in summer by beautiful red flowers, palm-trees and an about 15 metres high pine-tree grow up in the garden.
The house is at the elevated floor. A stair imitating the spiral structure of 19th century villas stairs connects the garden with the house.
Three fairly large rooms, a smaller one, a kitchen, a bathroom and two terraces are the essential parts of the house. One of the two terraces is very large, furthermore by opening a glass-door it is possible to connect it with the dinning-room, producing a fabulous sun-enlighted dinning-room or even dance-floor encircled by trees coming up from the ground-floor.
Hot water is available in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom which is equiped with a shower and a bathtap.
A digital television set and a refrigerator are among the household appliances provided to the house.
A double-bed, two sofa beds and a bunk-beb have been placed in the four rooms.
Everything from the number of forks and dishes to the number of chairs has been provided in order to allow two families to live in the house while even four children can find in the large terrace or in the garden room for never forgetable games.
