Overview

Gelsomino is a 60 square meters wide, it's divided in three rooms the hall-kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom has got a double bed and a wardrobe in mahogany.
The hall kitchen is 30 square meter and has got a wide hob of about 3 meters, equipped with electrical oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and an iron with iron board, furthermore there are also a double divan-bed and a table in walnut, a big wardrobe in mahogany and finally a 20 inches television with free to air satellite receiver. In the bathroom there are the shower, the hair dryer and the washing machine.

The apartment is available for rent also in winter tanks to the heating system.
In front of the apartment there is a wide courtyard, about 100 square meters shadowed by a pergola, a very typical wood construction of the peninsula. The courtyard in front of the apartment is equipped with a table, chairs and two deckchairs that will allow you to relax or to have a dinner with Capri island on the background.

The villa is only 6Km far from Sorrento, 2km from Massa Lubrense centre, the sea is at about 4Km, the city centre and its shops can be easily reached on foot walking along the old and only road that once connected Sorrento and Massa Lubrense.

The villa is on the Monte Corbo slopes, from here you can see Massa Lubrense.

The villa is in a property of about 4000 square meters cultivated according ancient traditions with olives, lemons and fruit some plants, from which we crop the lemons of Sorrento with an I.G.P. certification and extra virgin olive oil of Penisola Sorrentina with D.O.P. certification.
Here we have independent parking areas for cars of both the apartments.
