The villa has two large apartments and 5 mini-apartments. To the rear is a lovely shady patio with a BBQ area and lawn garden.There is an enormous 12 X 8 metre pool which has gorgeous panorama.

Overview

The main apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a light and airy open plan sitting/dining room with double sofa bed and a fully-furnished, modern kitchen and breakfast area (hob, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave oven). It boasts big panoramic windows and sliding doors onto a private patio and garden. There is one double room with ensuite and one twin room both with patio doors and a utility room (with washing machine and second fridge) and another bathroom. The fridge will contain essential items which you may require when you arrive. There is 24 hour assitance available on site. Electricity, gas and air-conditioning are all included in the price, there will be no extra charge. Younger children will need to be accompanied at all times as there are areas of the resort which have uneven ground. The swimming pool is not accessible by wheelchair. Breakfast can be provided on request for €5 per person per day.

Apartment number 2:
This open plan, studio partment can accommodate up to 4 people. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed and optional extra bed, a bathroom and open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room with large glass windows making it extremely bright. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. The private garden with spectacular views of Capri and the Bay of Naples. There is 24 hour assitance available on site. Electricity, gas and air-conditioning are all included in the price, there will be no extra charge. Younger children will need to be accompanied at all times as there are areas of the resort which have uneven ground. The swimming pool is not accessible by wheelchair. Location & area

Solaria Resort provides a typical example of the Mediterranean, with olive trees, fruit trees and vines. The small wood and olive grove are the perfect places for cooling down on summer days. Located only 15 minutes by car from the sea front between the bays of Naples and Salerno. Solaria Resort is an ideal location for visiting the beaches, Sorrento, the local Islands and the Amalfi coast. We can also offer transfers from Naples Capodichino Airport and excursions around the peninsula and Riviera, however we do recommend that you hire a car. Sorrento is only 20 minutes away. Massa Lubrense is 10 minutes drive, where there are local amenities, including the Santa Maria delle Grazie church with its magnificent 18th century majolica flooring.
