Overview

Villa Sicula is a well maintained country villa and comprises 2 apartments for rent. A third one is used by ourselves the whole year round.
Apartment 1: for 2-5 persons, 65 sqm, 2 bedrooms, american kitchen, dinig area, sofa, fully equipped for all your needs, SAT TV, Stereo, central heating, terrace with bbq, garden and pool access.
Apartment 2: for 2-3 persons, 1 bedroom, american kitchen fully equipped, dinig area, living room area with sofa bed, SAT TV, stereo, central heating, roof terrace with fantastic view over the fields to the sea, garden and pool access.
We are located in the south of sicily, only 4 km to the sea.

Location & area

The comfortable apartments are situated 4 km distanced from Marina di Ragusa and the sea in southern sicily.The southern face of Sicily is one of low rolling hills, criss-crossed with triangular white dry stone walls and dotted with statuesque carob trees under the clear blue skies it is most famous for.

Villa Sicula is a modern villa built on the foundations of a much older dwelling. Totally refurbished with great care and attention by us into three separate apartments, in one of which we live in ourselves, always willing to help you if wanted. Villa Sicula is build on a small hill, surrounded by carob trees and the typical stone walls on the fields, with a wonderful view over the fields to the sea.
Marina di Ragusa is a small old fishing port, that bustles with life in summer, but very sedate in winter. For romantic walks there are beautiful stretches of beach lined with palm trees, shops and restaurants. The tourism don't plays an important rule in this area of sicily. That makes it easy to discover land and people.
Relaxing days at the pool, discovering the beautiful surrounding areas, visiting old barroc towns with endless stairs, small lanes and pretty churches, exploring natural parks and tasting sicilian wines and food .

All this and long sandy beaches with transparent waters, will guarantee anyone a different special holiday.
