The Apartment is situated inide the Residence Kormorano in the town of Malcesine on the east coast of Lake Garda.
The residence is surrounded by tipical olive trees, is 1 km from the center of the town and 1,5 km from the beach.
The apartment is on two plans; on the first kitchen, living room and a bath room. At the second there is two double-room, a single bed-room and a bath room. Every plans have one balcony.
