This villa seems to be a set for AD advertising.
Situated on a private and peaceful headland, it overlooks its 13000 sq gardens, olive groves and vineyards.
Nice 12x6m swimming pool, several annexes on premises, including annex, cellar for wine, small flat for caretaker.
The main house has been tastefully restored with the use of precious materials, such as original cotto floor tiles, chestnut exposed beams, unique stones for the internal walls, etc. It lays out on three levels as follows:
Ground FLoor: large open plan lounge with fireplace and access to the "veranda", dining room, fully equipped kitchen with characteristic stone oven, bathroom, laundry, store room, large beautiful "pergola" for "al fresco" dinners, with spectacular views over Lucca walls
