Overview

A nice little flat on the first floor in an ancients edifice (of 1500). Red bricks and river stones, wooden bean ceiling, a parquet...for rooms full of atmophere.
The house is in the heart of the historical city center, near the most important works of art.
This delightful house is comprensive of an entrance, living room with sofa-bed, double bedroom, kitchen, bath room and terrace.
This house is provided with TV, DVD, microoven, washing-machine, dish-washer, hair-dryer, iron, children cot and toys for your children, push chair.The house is near San Donato door, one of the most ancient doors in the historical, beautiful walls, charatcteristic of the city.
You can easily reach the house walking from Piazzale Verdi (200 m, bus station). The railway station is 800 m far.
Near the house, you can find a small Tuscan restaurant with typical cuisine where you can appreciate “tastes of old times”.
The walls are close to the house. You can walk over, or rent a bike for the tour (4 km. long). You can take a rest in a green environment of Baluardo S.Croce or in the funfair park of Piazza San Donato.
