Overview
A married bedroom, a double bedroom, bathroom (toilet, bidet, sink, bathtube), living room, fitted kitchen (oven, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, coffee maker, American coffee, kettle), dining room with fireplace. Tv. washing machine. heating. Linens and towels included. Little court. Private car park adjacent to the house.
The apartment is in Lezzeno, a town on the lake, only 2 km from Bellagio.
Just few steps from the lake, the beach, from the market, from restaurants and bars, and also from the bus stop, the boat and the hydrofoil. In the town you can practise water sports (200 m) and rent boats (1 km).
In Bellagio (reachable in 10 minutes by bus, ferry, hydrofoil or own car), you can rent bike or car. Here there are all the shops and boutiques, also swimming pool, tennis courts, horseback riding, possibility of making private tour of the lake, excursions and visits to gardens of the villas of Lake!

With the boat you can reach every towns in the lake, should visit the beautiful gardens of Villa Melzi and Villa Serbelloni (in Bellagio), those of Villa Carlotta (Tremezzo), Villa Balbianello (in Lenno, reachable only by the lake), Villa Monastero (Varenna).
Moreover, we are just 20 km from Como, a big town full of charm and history. We recommend a whole day to visit all places gone down in history thanks to Alessandro Volta, for shopping in the characteristics roads of the old town, or just for eating ice cream while walking on a the splendid lake side (to visit Villa Olmo, often place of important exhibitions!)
