Overview
The apartment occupies the first and second floor of an old house that was a medieval tower. It has living room with fireplace (a basket of chopped wood is included)and sofa bed for two, a good equipped kitchen (oven, microwawe, toaster, kettle), a bathroom with shower, bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a 40mq terrace with table and chairs. Independent electric heating, tv, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
Linen and towels included. Pets are welcome. On request cot and highchair for baby.

Breglia village has a wonderful position overlooking the lake Como, its small streets are only for pedestrian, is surrounded by woods rich of fauna: foxes, badgers, hedgehogs, deer, roe-bucks, chamois and wild boars. An ideal starting point for many walks, the house is on the pictoresque "via dei monti lariani": part of the famous "sentiero Italia".
At 100m big public parking, park for children, restaurant, bar; at 400m the spring of a famous natural mineral water, at 2km minimarket; at 7km in Menaggio you can find all kinds of services, water sports, bus and ferry connection to all parts of the lake (Bellagio 10 minutes)
