Overview

The house is located at 100 meters from the sea in a complex of villas (Villaggio Piras). In the house there are two fully independent flats (upper and lower) that can be rent separately.They are both fully equipped with their own terrace on the sea.
In the upper flat there are 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a kitchen and a living room.In the lower flat there is one double bedroom, a bathroom, a dining room with the kitchen and under the terrace a smalll two single beds room.In the living area there is also a couch where two children could be accomodated.
