Our guest house is located in the centre of Florence and is provided with a small kitchen, four comfortable bedrooms (double and triple room), two shared baths with shower and a small garden at all our guests disposal, in order to spend absolute relax moments, far from the noise of the city.
It's a flat with all modern conveniences, in order to spend a peaceful stay in one of the most beautiful, artistic cities in the whole Italy.



We also provide our guests with the keys of the apartment and their bedrooms, ensuiring thel comfort of a hotel and the freedom of their own home.

Our rooms are situated in the centre of Florence and are simply reachable, both, by car and by train since they are very closed to the central Station of Santa Marina Novella.



We suggest guests who arrive from the Autoroute, the exit sign of Firenze Sud or Firenze Nord; in both cases, you have to follow roads signs for Firenze centro e/o Viali di circonvallazione and then continue for Fortezza da Basso sede Mostra.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
