Overview

our house used to be a farm house in the village of colico lake como italy...we purchased it 4 years ago and converted them into 2 luxury apartments upper one nd lowewr one...they are exactly the same inside. two bedroom one with balcony and double bed, the other has twin beds. in the lounge and kitchen a\rea there is a full size settee that conveerts to a full size bed. kitchen very well equipped, dushwasher, washing machine, frideg frezzer and m,icrowave, and tv with dvd ....there is a very pleasant balcony from this room and a nice garden to enjoy. the lake is approx 10 minutes walk and this is very pretty with lots of restaurants and of course you cantake the boat and visit the mny wonderful, breathtaking villages...eg. varenna, bellagio, mennagio etc.during the month of july there are wonderful concerts either on the lake or in the abbey at nearby village of olgiasca.we aim to give all our guests as musch inform,ation and help to ensure they have a wonderful holiday in lake como.
