The property is located in a the main capital of Calabria, (catanzaro beach),it is very popular location for his palm beach and promenade and all the lido s one next to the other , the beach is 100 metres away, as well as shops and restaurant and bar , if you like to go in the pine forest that is also possible is beside the beaches, if you wish to go to the mountain it is only 50 minutes by car , and if you like to go to the country side that is also accessible by 20 minutes car. The night life is increasing due to the continous changes of the new infrastractures, it is a two bedrooms and a lounge/kitchen.
